## Change your password
Use the account controls available to you or the official password-reset flow. If your organization manages sign-in through another identity provider, follow its process instead.

## Change your email
Email changes can affect invitations and account verification. Use an available account control or ask your administrator/support for the supported process. Confirm how your existing network membership will be preserved before making a change.

## Stay secure
Use a unique password. Never share recovery links or verification codes. If you suspect account compromise, contact your administrator and Converge support promptly. See [Sign-in troubleshooting](/articles/sign-in-reset/).
