## Include the essentials
- What you expected and what happened.
- Steps to reproduce, if known.
- The ordinary page URL, approximate time, and browser/device.
- A screenshot with personal or confidential information redacted.

Never include passwords, API keys, verification codes, invitation or recovery links, payment card details, or private customer content.
