# Find documents and resources

## Browse documents
Open your network's documents area and browse the folders you can access. Folder permissions can determine which documents are available to you.

## Search and open
Use app search or folder navigation to locate the resource. Check the document title and context before relying on it; your team may maintain its own versions and review dates.

## Ask for access
A shared link does not grant permission on its own. If a document does not open, ask its owner or a network administrator to check your access. See [Access problems](/articles/access-problems/).
