## Check the link
Open the full link from the original invitation rather than a truncated copy. Confirm that it points to the official Converge app and is intended for you.

## Check your account
If you are signed into a different account, follow the app's sign-out/sign-in controls and use the email expected by your organization. Confirm that you are trying to join the correct network.

## Ask for a fresh invitation
A link may no longer be valid or your membership may need attention. Ask the network administrator to verify the invitation and resend it if appropriate. Do not publish invitation links in public channels.
