# Start or manage a network subscription

## Find the billing owner
Ask your network administrator who manages the organization's Converge subscription. Billing changes may require permissions beyond ordinary membership.

## Confirm the agreement
Before starting or changing a subscription, confirm the plan, billing cadence, included features, member-count basis, and effective date with Converge or your billing owner.

Use the billing management flow available for your organization, or [contact Converge](/articles/contact-support/) for the supported process. This guide does not assume that every network has the same self-service billing controls.
