## Use a secure payment flow
Ask the subscription owner to use the billing or payment-management process provided for your organization. Do not send card numbers, security codes, or bank credentials by chat, post, email, or support ticket.

## Confirm the change
Check any confirmation provided by the payment flow and verify the billing contact details. A changed payment method may not immediately resolve a previously failed invoice.
