Join a network and accept an invitation

Before you start

Have your invitation and the email address your organization expects you to use ready. An account and membership in a network are different: signing in alone does not necessarily grant access to your team.

Join your team

1. Open the invitation link provided by your organization.
2. Follow the sign-in or account-creation prompts.
3. Check that you are using the intended email address and network.
4. Complete any onboarding prompts shown for your network.

If you cannot join

Ask your network administrator to confirm your invitation and membership. Do not forward an invitation to someone else. See Invitation link doesn't work.
